霖田庙位于新丰镇丰联丁坑山，庙内祭祀的神灵为“三山国王”。庙内存一古碑，字迹模糊难辨，依稀可识“爱新觉罗·颙琰六年岁次辛酉（1801）”，系众信士捐资修庙之碑。现今规模为近年重建。
