杜哈夫设计局与1941年4月开始研制的重型坦克，有很多种构型方案，包括多炮塔及多炮管设计，这里只是最为常见的第一辆试验样车构型。第一辆样车的试制工作于1941年11月完成，后续工作因第二次世界大战的爆发而中断。
