西阳县，中国古代地名。秦置西阳县，属九江郡。在今光山县西。

秦置西阳县，汉初因之。晋朝为西阳国治所。西晋永嘉后移置，治所在今湖北黄冈东。东晋、南北朝，曾为西阳郡及河南省治所。隋开皇初废。
