东昌县，时年吴末，析西昌市置东昌县（今江西吉安县永和镇），属庐陵郡。隋开皇十年（590），废东昌，并西昌、遂兴（今遂川县、万安县）、广兴（今莲花）、永新县等地置安丰县。
