下泰山位于新北市泰山乡明志路，建于光绪年间，系由“顶泰山巖”分灵，又称“下庙”或“泰山庙”，主祀安溪县的“显应祖师”。 “下泰山巖”由三姓合资，自此泰山巖始有顶、下之分。
