宋梅村，1889－，山东长清县人，保定军校第一期毕业，曾在孙传芳部任第八师第十五旅旅长、淞沪警备司令等职，抗战前在冀察绥靖公署少将参谋处长，华北沦陷后在津赋闲，被任命为少将专员。 1937年4月2日授少将军衔。
