靳治扬，字毛南，中国辽东人，汉军镶黄旗，于1695年担任台湾知府。

基本介绍

身为荫生的高拱干，于1695年（康熙帝34年）前往台湾省担任台湾知府。任内注重教化原住民，也重修高拱干所修编的台湾府志。任满前往广东省任肇高廉罗道。
