彼尔姆歌剧和芭蕾舞剧院(perm opera 芭蕾舞 theatre)位于俄罗斯彼尔姆市。始建于1870年，是俄罗斯最古老的剧院之一。直到目前它还是俄罗斯主要的音乐文化中心。为纪念彼得·柴可夫斯基，1956年更名为柴可夫斯基歌剧及芭蕾舞剧院。
