做法

(1)多春鱼表面撒上少许盐，放在炭火上烤至呈金黄色，淋上清

酒，烤干，然后将鱼的另一侧依法炮制。

(2)将烤好的多春鱼装盆，以柠檬角、生菜装饰即可。
