鳖科（Eupolyphaga）也称土鳖虫，属昆虫纲有翅亚纲蜚蠊目。在我国有大量的人工饲养，其品种为中华地鳖、金边地鳖、河北地鳖三种。

形态特征

鳖蠊科体长2-3厘米棕黑色而带光泽。头小，触角长丝状，复眼发达。

生活习性

杂食性，栖阴暗处，昼伏夜出。
