明洪武二年(1369),属北平都司。治所在今内蒙古自治区正蓝旗东闪电河北岸。辖境相当今内蒙古正蓝旗及多伦县附近一带。宣德五年(1430)移治独石堡(今河北赤城县北独石口),属万全都司。清康熙三十二年(1693)废。
