分水江水库位于中国浙江省杭州市桐庐县分水镇，是一座以防洪为主，兼顾发电、灌溉、供水、旅游和改善水环境等综合效益的大型河道型水库。水库坝址在分水江干流中游河段的五里亭，距离桐庐县城约37公里，距离杭州市约105公里。水库集水面积为2630平方千米，总库容为1.926亿立方米。
