侬宗亶（1046年-？），又名宗亶，越南李朝将领，侬族人。

人物生平

侬宗亶出生于广源州金坡（今太原省），其父曾为刺史。侬宗亶作为李朝大将，与李常杰共同指挥对宋战争，给北宋造成大量伤亡。在这场战争中，侬宗亶可能又投靠了宋朝。
