迈号镇位于海南省文昌市中南部，距文城镇8.8千米，所属地区海南省文昌市文城镇，1958年属清澜、城郊、白延公社，1986年建迈号镇，1997年，面积71.3平方千米，辖坡口、龙山、头坡、迈号、名门、迈南、排城、迈众、下山9个村委会。
